About the Role:

We are seeking a PCW - Cafe Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

You will be based at our Tarragal House, located at 107 Karalta Road Erina NSW 2250

Shift Times: Week 1 9:30am to 4:30pm (Tuesday - Friday, Sunday) | Week 2 9:30am to 4:30pm (Tuesday - Friday, Saturday)

Tarragal House is seeking a Personal Care Worker (PCW) – Café Attendant who will play a key role in enhancing the standard of service and overall environment within the café. You will encourage residents and their families to enjoy the space, engage in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and foster a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere, while also supporting catering services and associated duties.

• Confident in delivering excellence in customer service and personal presentation at all times.

• Enjoy working as part of a team and autonomously.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current police check (Essential)

• Excellent in verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff and enjoy conversing with families and residents.

• Delivering excellence in customer service.

• Ability to effectively deliver beverage and light refreshments service to residents and visitors in all aspects of cafe operations.

• Maintain premium standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.

• Knowledge of infection control procedures.

• Previous work experience in a similar role preferred.
