In business for over 135 years, Haverford Brands is an importer that predominantly operates in the exciting world of E-Commerce. We currently supply a wide range of owned products throughout Australia, NZ, USA and the UK. Haverford Brands currently owns 12 brands and 24 separate websites.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock movement, and compliance with established warehouse processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse employees, drive operational performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Inbound / Outbound Operations

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations

• Ensure all stock is receipted, checked, and processed accurately and on time

• Ensure manifests and all outbound delivery documentation are accurate and complete

• Drive team performance against KPI, productivity, and quality targets

• Manage and direct daily floor activities, strategically allocating and rotating team members to support operational efficiency and service excellence

Process Compliance & Quality

• Enforce adherence to SOPs, warehouse processes, and workflow controls

• Identify and correct process deviations

• Ensure documentation and reporting standards are consistently maintained

Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement

• Drive a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Discrepancies & Supplier Coordination

• Manage damaged, short, or incorrect deliveries

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders

General Warehouse Support

• Oversee put-away, stock rotation, and location management

• Support dispatch and wider warehouse operations

• Maintain WHS compliance and promote a safe working environment

Skills & Experience

• 5 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment highly regarded but the right attitude and energy is most important

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or 2IC with a team of 5+ employees

• Experience using CIN7 or similar platforms highly regarded

• Demonstrated focus on process compliance and continuous improvement

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Current Forklift License (LF) and (LO) required

• Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
