Role Description The Junior Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC. This role supports the production of creative campaigns across print, social, motion, photography and experiential formats, coordinating tasks and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on budget, and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project scoping, preparing production schedules, managing asset and file organization, and liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and freelancers. The Junior Producer helps with shoot logistics, such as booking locations and talent, coordinating call sheets, and supporting on-set activities. The role also involves tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvements in production processes.
QualificationsDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and maintain organized production documentation.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with creative, account, and technical teams, as well as external partners.Basic understanding of creative and content production processes across digital, social, video, and experiential channels.Proficiency with common project management and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, scheduling software).Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments.Interest in purpose-driven work and alignment with B Corp values, including sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical business practices.Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in advertising, media, communications, film, or a related field is advantageous.Previous junior producer experience in an agency, production company mandatory.
