Care Compass Collective is a small NDIS provider specialising in psychosocial and mental health support across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, and Ipswich. We’re a tight-knit team who genuinely cares about the people we support and the people we work with.

About the role

We’re looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our admin team and keep the day-to-day scheduling of our support workers running smoothly. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll have flexibility in where you work while staying connected to the team.

Rostering is the heart of this role – but you’ll also pitch in with general admin as the business needs it. If you’re someone who thrives on organisation, stays calm when plans change, and genuinely enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that makes care possible, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and managing weekly rosters (in ShiftCare) for our support worker team across multiple locations
• Coordinating shift changes, replacements, and last-minute adjustments quickly and clearly
• Communicating with support workers about their schedules, availability, and any changes
• Working in ShiftCare to keep records accurate and up to date
• Supporting the team with general admin tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

• Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (disability or community services is a bonus, but not essential)
• Strong communication skills – you’ll be the link between the office and our support workers
• Someone who can think on their feet and problem-solve when things don’t go to plan
• Comfortable working across digital platforms and picking up new systems quickly
• A warm, professional approach – our team and our participants are people first

Nice to have

• Experience with ShiftCare – we use it daily and hands-on experience with the platform is highly regarded
• Experience in the NDIS or disability support sector

• Hybrid role based online and in Brisbane or Gold Coast
• Employment type to be confirmed (open to discussing full-time, part-time, or other arrangements with the right person)
• Competitive pay in line with experience
