Dryland Cropping Manager

Our client, South Bunarba Agriculture, a successful family-owned enterprise, is seeking a passionate Dryland Cropping Manager to lead operations in Mungindi, NSW.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you'll manage the full dryland cropping program over 13,000 Ha and lead a small, capable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all cropping operations from planning to harvest.
• Manage and develop farm staff and contractors.
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
• Oversee machinery, infrastructure, and maintenance.
• Maintain records and support farm planning.

Skills & Experience

• Proven farm management experience
• Thorough knowledge of dryland farming practices
• Experience in on farm grain storage management
• Strong agronomic skills in dryland systems
• Confident with modern machinery and agtech
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and chemical certification
