• Stewardship of performance management (process, coaching, supporting, continuous improvement)
  
• First escalation point for IR issues (external adviser will be available for use for complex matters)
  
• Run consultation processes
  
• Own and run the induction process
  
• Manage staff grievance process
  
• HR inbox management
  
• Return to work assistance
  
• Trainee and work placement management
  
• Oversee the talent management
  
• Run staff engagement initiative
