As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our clients throughout their after-sales journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards synonymous with the Longines name. From managing service estimates and repair updates to providing first-level technical assistance and ensuring the highest standards of quality upon completion, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and personalised after-sales experience.

Experience within the watch industry is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. A genuine passion for watches, an appreciation for craftsmanship and a commitment to exceptional customer service will be highly regarded.

• Deliver exceptional, personalised after-sales service
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Manage estimates, repairs, service updates and follow-up
• Assess service needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide first-level technical assistance and develop product knowledge
• Conduct timepiece diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete quality control checks on serviced timepieces
• Proactively update clients on repair progress and delays
• Resolve client queries and provide effective solutions
• Complete service administration and maintain accurate records
• Support stock takes and inventory management
• Assist the boutique sales team when required
• Participate in ongoing product, brand and technical training

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or a client-focused environment
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach to client follow-up, problem solving and solutions
• Confident with basic computer systems and eager to learn
• Genuine passion for watches, craftsmanship and the Longines brand
• Positive, collaborative attitude with full-time availability, including weekends and late-night trading
