Contracts Administrator & Prestart Consultant

WOW Homes are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator & Prestart Consultant with at least 2 years experience within the residential building industry to join our busy Administration Team.

The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to;

• Processing of incoming sales

• Preparation of contract documents including contract quotation, raising and actioning variations to the contract.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Booking and carrying out prestart appointments with clients

• Monitoring of assigned jobs and reporting status to senior management

• Strong understanding of the finance approval process and documentation

• Shire applications and permits

• Reading and interpretation of local development plans

• Reading and interpretation of developer guidelines and restrictive covenants

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;

• Competence in reading and interpreting building documentation, including contracts, variations, working drawings, design guidelines, and specifications

• A solid understanding of the residential construction process

• High level of administration and computer literacy skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail

• Well-developed organisational skills with a high attention to detail

• A strong understanding of land developer and local government requirements

• Exceptional customer services skills

• Ability to successfully meet deadlines

• A self-starter able to work within a team environment

• Experience in Click Home is desirable but not essential
