We are seeking a customer-focused, highly organised, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling phone calls and emails, delivering friendly and efficient customer service.

• Scheduling jobs and coordinating appointments with clients, technicians, and vendors.

• Responding to customer inquiries and supporting internal teams across multiple states.

• Managing and updating customer records and job information accurately.

• Drafting and editing service quotes, reports, and other customer-facing documents.

• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies for the office and warehouse.

• Providing administrative support to operational teams in NSW, QLD, and VIC.

• Processing invoices and assisting with basic financial tasks.

• Maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with professionalism.

• Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and contributing to team meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
