HomeBuildersIQ is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for 5 experienced sales professionals ready to build a serious career in new-home sales.

We’re changing the traditional builder sales model.

Instead of being restricted to one builder, one catalogue and the same handful of floorplans, our consultants have access to a panel of quality, experienced building partners — giving clients greater choice and giving you more opportunities to find the right solution and close the sale.

Better still, appointments are booked for you. No cold calling and no sitting around in display homes waiting for leads.

You focus on what you do best — consulting, following the process and selling.

We also manage the client’s journey from initial consultation through contracts, pre-start and pre-construction to key handover, providing our consultants and builder partners with strong operational support throughout the process.

We’re Looking For Salespeople Who:

• Have proven sales experience and strong KPI results

• Are ambitious, competitive and resilient

• Can follow a proven process and trust the numbers

• Are confident managing leads and maintaining consistent follow-up

• Are comfortable with CRMs and digital tools

• Are coachable, accountable and hungry to improve

• Want their earning potential determined by their performance

Experience in , real estate, automotive, finance, recruitment, business development or high-ticket sales will be highly regarded. However not essential as full training and mentorship is provided.

RELEVANT SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
