About the role
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a medium-sized, family-owned business specialising in high-end, state-of-the-art CNC woodworking machinery and automated systems. We pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading customer service and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
Our team operates in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment while staying true to our family values. We believe in supporting our employees, recognising hard work, and creating a workplace built on trust, respect, and teamwork.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support our expanding customer base across Victoria & Tasmania. This role involves installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC woodworking routers and automated board storage systems.
The position is based out of our Melbourne office with regular travel required, including rural and interstate work, and occasional overnight stays. You will be working as part of a close-knit, highly skilled team, with the opportunity to contribute to and service some of the largest and most advanced automated woodworking production lines in Australia.
This is an ideal long-term opportunity for someone who is technically skilled, motivated, and enjoys hands-on work combined with customer interaction, and who thrives working independently in the field. It is also well suited to a qualified fitter or tradesperson looking to transition from a fixed, factory-based role into a more dynamic field service position, working across a variety of sites and environments. Training will be provided, initially working alongside experienced field service technicians to gain in-depth knowledge of our machines and systems.
