About the role
Join MacKillop's Family Services team as a Community Connector and help strengthen outcomes for children, young people and families.
This opportunity sits within the Family Preservation and Reunification Response (FPRR), a Victorian Government-funded program designed to be delivered through a mobile and integrated approach, to prevent children at risk from entering or re-entering out-of-home care.
As a Community Connector, you will strengthen pathways between families and local services, helping them access education, employment, housing, community groups and other supports that build long-term stability and wellbeing. Working alongside Family Services practitioners, you will foster strong community partnerships and empower families to develop the skills, connections and confidence needed to thrive independently.

This is a Fixed full time (38 hours per week) contract until 30/06/2027 opportunity based in Mildura within our Resorting Families Program. The position reports to the Family Services Coordinator.
