What we're after

We are currently looking for someone to join our busy debt recovery and insurance litigation practice group on a full-time basis based out of Sydney office. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Lawyer with at least 1-5 years PQE experience in litigation and dispute resolution. 

• Experience in debt recovery or motor vehicle property damage and loss of use/income claims is advantageous.

• The ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Carriage of motor vehicle property damage and loss of use/income claims before local courts in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

• Carriage of debt recovery matters before local courts in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

• Appearing at pre-trial reviews, call-overs and assessment hearings before the Local Court of New South Wales.

• Appearances in pre-hearing and settlement conferences before the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and the Magistrates' Court of Queensland.
