Peter Pan Literacy Club is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated Trainer Assessors to deliver GCIT White Card training at our Maryborough site.
This role is ideally suited to a vocational trainer or industry professional looking for flexible, rewarding work while sharing their knowledge and experience with learners entering the workforce.
Training is typically delivered one day per week, with occasional additional days available depending on course demand and student enrolments. This arrangement provides flexibility for those seeking part-time or semi-retirement employment.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:
Deliver engaging White Card training programs.
Conduct assessments in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements.
Support learners to successfully achieve competency outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
Promote safe work practices and workplace readiness.
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience as a VET Trainer and Assessor.
Experience delivering GCIT White Card training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
Commitment to quality training and learner success.
Flexible casual employment.
Generally one day per week with potential for additional sessions.
