• Providing exceptional customer service from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
• Preparing repair estimates and quotations.
• Creating and managing work orders in SAP.
• Scheduling workshop bookings and coordinating repair progress.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with technicians, parts and suppliers to ensure efficient turnaround times.
• Preparing invoices and minimising Work in Progress (WIP).
• Assisting with warranty administration and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promoting a safe, organised and professional workplace.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence using computer systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience within the heavy vehicle, transport or automotive industry will be highly regarded.
