Assistant Project Officer
Location – Parramatta Hybrid working, other locations may be considered
Employment type – Temporary until 30 June 2028, multiple vacancies
Salary – GR5/6 $ 102,936 - $ 113,579 plus superannuation
Your role
The NSW Government is determined to make NSW a place where everyone has access to safe and secure housing, and where experiences of homelessness are rare, brief and non-recurring.
Homes NSW is a division of the Department of Communities and Justice. It brings together the housing and homelessness functions of the Department of Communities and Justice, the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, Aboriginal Housing Office and key worker housing functions from across government all under one roof.
Assist in managing and implementing a range of projects across Homes NSW, to support and improve service delivery and optimise outcomes in the portfolio performance and stakeholder relations. The role applies asset management principals to develop Professional Service Briefs for Asset Sales, redevelopment and upgrade opportunities, and applies knowledge of Council Easements, Deeds of License, Access and Agreements to support service delivery.
