Landscape Construction Labourer OR Apprentice

Ivory Gardens is a boutique landscape construction company delivering high-end residential landscaping projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. We take pride in building detailed outdoor spaces with a strong focus on craftsmanship, quality materials and long-lasting results.

Our team works across a wide range of projects including stonework, decking, retaining walls, planting, drainage, irrigation and outdoor features.

We are looking for a landscape construction labourer or apprentice to join our small crew.

You will work directly alongside an experienced foreman and be involved in all stages of landscape construction. Even as a labourer you will gain hands-on exposure to different aspects of the trade and have the opportunity to develop valuable construction skills.

• Stonework and paving
• Decking and timber construction
• Retaining walls
• Drainage and site preparation
• Concreting
• Irrigation and garden lighting
• Soil preparation and planting
• General landscape construction work

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
• Previous construction or landscaping experience beneficial but not essential

• Above-award pay depending on experience
