Customer Service/ Sales and Quoting

A new opportunitie exists for an experienced, highly skilled and reliable person to join our Customer Service Team.

Full Time Hours - 7:30am to 4:00pm Mon- Fri

About the Company:

Platinum Glass and Security is a local business that specialises in Prowler Proof Security Doors & Screens, Shower Screen supply/installation & 24hour Glass Replacement.

Platinum Glass and Security prides itself on servicing our local area with an extremely high level of service.

The Role

• Build and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers.

• Accurate and appropriate product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards and specifications.

• Accurate and timely creation of quotations and Invoicing orders using ServiceM8.

• Prior experience with ServiceM8 software is preferred but not required.

• Daily management and update of ServiceM8

• Follow up all customer enquiries to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities in store.

• Provide exceptional customer service, face to face in store, over the phone and email.

• Job Scheduling using ServiceM8.

• Daily Cash handling, processing payments & operating EFTPOS machine

• High volume of data entries (ServiceM8)

• General Ad hoc duties

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Experience within the Glass/ Building industry.

• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy demanding environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Advanced general computer skills is essential.

• Obtain a current Qld Police Check.
