Machine / Production Operators

About the role

In this hands-on role, you'll help operate production equipment and support the day-to-day running of our manufacturing facility. You'll play an important part in ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Prepare ingredients and materials for production

• Carry out quality and safety checks

• Complete production paperwork and records

• Clean equipment and work areas

• Follow food safety and quality procedures

• Report any equipment, safety, or quality issues

• Work with the team to meet production targets

About you

• Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, agricultural, or processing environment

• A strong focus on safety and quality

• The ability to carry out manual work, including standing for long periods and regular lifting

• Food manufacturing experience (bonus)

• Experience with mixing, batching, or processing equipment (bonus)

• Knowledge of food safety practices (bonus)

• Able to work Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm
