Personal Assistant to Daniel Capel

About the role

Your role is to give Daniel the structure, organisation and support he needs to stay focused on what he does best — selling property, building relationships and winning new business. You'll have ownership across coordinating property campaigns, managing timelines and deadlines, preparing vendor reports, supporting with appraisals and client meetings, coordinating marketing materials, working with internal teams, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating open homes and inspections, managing Daniel's diary, making nurture calls to clients, identifying follow-up opportunities, tracking commitments and ensuring every campaign and client experience is delivered to a high standard. This is not a sales role. There are no individual sales targets or call-volume KPIs attached to the position.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating property campaigns from listing through to sale

• Managing campaign timelines, appointments and key deadlines

• Preparing vendor reports and coordinating regular client communication

• Supporting Daniel with appraisals, listing presentations and client meetings

• Coordinating photography, videography, styling and marketing

• Working closely with in-house Marketing, Contracts, Finance and Sales teams

• Managing and maintaining accurate CRM and client information

• Coordinating open homes, inspections and buyer follow-up

• Managing elements of Daniel's diary and day-to-day schedule

• Making meaningful nurture calls to past, current and prospective clients

About you

• Previous experience in real estate sales administration, PA, EA, sales support or a similar high-performance environment

• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence dealing directly with vendors, buyers and professional stakeholders

• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities

• Initiative — you don't wait to be told what needs doing

• Excellent follow-through and accountability

• A calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy

• The ability to work independently while staying closely connected to Daniel

• A genuine interest in property, sales and client relationships
