Business Development Manager – Property Management

Cozie Homes is an established holiday accommodation business managing almost 180 properties across Cairns. As we continue to grow Cozie Residential, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our long-term management portfolio.

Unlike many BDM roles, you're not starting from scratch.

You'll benefit from an established brand, ongoing owner enquiries generated through our holiday management business, dedicated marketing support and the opportunity to build a residential division with genuine long-term career progression.

While your primary focus is growing Cozie Residential, you'll also have the opportunity to generate additional income by onboarding holiday rental properties and developing corporate accommodation partnerships.

💰 What You'll Earn

We believe in rewarding performance. In addition to your $80,000 base salary plus superannuation, you'll have access to multiple commission streams with realistic on-target earnings of $120,000+.

Residential Property Management

• Up to $600 per new management secured

• Quarterly bonuses paid based on new residential properties signed

Holiday Rental Growth

• Up to $600 per new holiday rental onboarded

• Rewarding quality, long-term managements

Corporate Accommodation

• Earn 5% of gross profit generated during the first six months of every new corporate account you secure, including medical, insurance, relocation and travel partnerships.

The harder you work, the more you earn—there's no artificial cap on your success.

No two days are the same.

You could be:

• Meeting with property owners to discuss management opportunities

• Conducting rental appraisals

• Following up warm enquiries

• Networking with investors, developers and local businesses

• Building referral relationships with accountants, mortgage brokers and buyer's agents

• Presenting our services to corporate accommodation providers

• Identifying suitable holiday rental opportunities throughout Cairns and the Northern Beaches.

👤 Who Will Succeed?

You don't necessarily need years of real estate experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves meeting people and building relationships

• Enjoys generating new business

• Is confident negotiating and closing opportunities

• Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply fill a role.

Experience in real estate, property management, accommodation, hospitality or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
