We're growing the Success team and looking for a Success Consultant (Setter), someone hungry, coachable, and relentless on the phone, who wants a real seat on a high-performance sales floor and a real path to becoming a closer.

What you'll actually be doing

You're the engine room. You're on the phones every day, driving conversations that turn our database and inbound interest into booked appointments for our Success closing team, the reps who help business owners commit to scaling their business with us. This isn't a quiet admin job. It's high volume, high energy, and it's measured daily.

• Outbound calling at volume, dials, contacts, conversations, every single day
• Booking qualified appointments into your closer's calendar and owning the show-up
• Working warm leads from past events, our database, and live campaigns
• Confirming and protecting your bookings so your closer walks into a meeting that's actually going to happen
• Hitting daily and weekly numbers that are tracked on the board, in real time, for everyone to see
• Competing, for leaderboard position, for incentives, for your closer promotion

What good looks like here

What we're looking for

• Some sales or call-centre experience, you've worked a phone, you've worked a target, you know what a KPI board feels like
• Thick skin and short memory, you can take a "no" and dial the next number in the same breath
• Coachable, you take feedback and apply it same-day, not next quarter
• Competitive, you actually care where you sit on the leaderboard
• Based in or around Melbourne, able to work hybrid from our South Melbourne office
