ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic team in a permanent part time capacity with the availability to work a range of AM & PM shifts with flexibility across the week, including weekends. You will be part of a supportive and professional multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based care in a resident-focused environment.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will:

• Deliver personalised nursing care based on resident needs and care plans

• Administer medications and monitor health changes

• Accurately document care activities to support AN-ACC funding

• Supervise Personal Care Assistants and foster a collaborative team approach

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing

The successful applicant will have:

• AHPRA Registration

• Current 1st Aid & CPR Certificates

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care in Australia

• A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong focus on improving quality of life for our residents

• Sound understanding of AN-ACC

• Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards

• Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment

• Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services

• Current Victorian drivers license

• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
