Commercial Lawyer

               Commercial Solicitor  | Boutique & SME Practice | Perth

A well-regarded and collaborative firm is seeking a commercially minded Solicitor to join its growing team. This role offers exposure to a broad and engaging mix of corporate, commercial, and advisory matters, working closely with SME and privately held clients across a range of industries.

The Role you will be involved in a varied and practice, including:

• Corporate and commercial advisory work for business clients
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, terms and conditions, and commercial agreements
• Banking and finance matters
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate structuring, trusts, and business reorganisations
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Property-related transactions and commercial leasing matters
• Intellectual property and privacy-related advisory work
• General contract negotiation and risk management

You will have regular direct client contact, providing practical, solutions-focused advice and building long-term commercial relationships.

About You

• 2–6+ years PQE in corporate / commercial law (or transferable experience from commercial litigation)
• Strong drafting and advisory capability
• Confident in client-facing work and commercial negotiations
• Exposure to SME or business clients is highly regarded
• Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team
• Practical, commercial mindset with strong communication skills
