Senior Legal Counsel

About the role
  
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will handle a broad mix of corporate advisory and commercial matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Respond and assist with responding to various queries from across the business, covering a broad range of legal areas such as competition, privacy, IP, disputes, employment, and contract interpretation.
• Providing regulatory, legal risk and compliance advice.
• Supporting the business on corporate advisory and group legal matters.

About you
  
You will be a corporate and commercial lawyer with 8+ years’ PQE. Ideally, you will have gained some experience in a well-regarded law firm at some stage during your career, and will bring demonstrated skills in contracting, commercial advice and (ideally) corporate transactions.

You will have the ability to work independently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of commercial awareness will support your success in this role.
