Join Our Team as a Full-time All Rounder!

Do you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and getting hands-on with a variety of projects? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic All Rounder to support our Maintenance & Construction Manager in keeping our nursery facilities in top shape - from everyday upkeep to exciting new builds.

What you’ll get to do:

• Help with general building, construction, plumbing, or carpentry

• Work with irrigation systems & pumps

• Try your hand at steel fabrication and welding

• Learn on the job - we’ll provide training where needed

What we’re looking for:

• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work

• A problem solver with a willingness to learn

• Someone who enjoys being outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Bobcat & forklift experience is a bonus (licence opportunities may be available)

• Own reliable transport and driver’s licence
