Experienced Maintenance All-Rounder / Handyman

Karrinyup (6018) & Nedlands (6009)

Regular Weekly Work | Excellent Hourly Rate

We are looking for an experienced maintenance all-rounder / handyman for regular ongoing work across our two childcare centres in Karrinyup and Nedlands.

We need someone practical, experienced and reliable who can work independently.

Work is varied and includes:

• General repairs and maintenance

• Minor carpentry and building work

• Doors, gates, locks, shelving and equipment repairs

• Painting, patching and general fix-ups

• Pressure cleaning and outdoor cleaning

• Yard and garden work

• Building garden beds and other small projects

• General maintenance jobs as they arise

Solid handyman, maintenance, building or trade experience is essential. You will need your own vehicle and your own tools.

We have regular hours available every week, with additional hours for larger projects from time to time.

We are happy to consider either:

• Employment on our payroll at an excellent hourly rate; or

• Self-employed handymen/tradespeople with an ABN and appropriate insurance. Contractor rates are negotiable depending on experience.
