Job Title: Domestic Assistant Worker (AGED CARE)

Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable, self-motivated, and compassionate Domestic Assistant Workers to join our team for AGED CARE. In this role, you will provide essential services such as unassisted shopping, domestic cleaning, and linen cleaning to clients across several locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform unassisted shopping for clients based on pre-arranged lists and needs.
• Provide domestic cleaning services, including general cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Wash, fold, and organize linen as required by clients.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, providing excellent service to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any concerns or changes in client needs to management.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to your own reliable car (for travel between locations).
• A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• A valid First Aid certificate.
• A valid CPR certificate
• Government-issued ID for verification purposes.
• Previous experience in domestic work or a similar role is highly preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and respect their privacy and confidentiality.
