Role Details

Position: ELC Diploma Educator Location: Campbelltown (Macarthur Region)Hours: Full-time, Part-Time and Casual positions available. Pay rate: Proposed Commencement: Second week of October, 2026.

What You Bring To The Role

A Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and child protection requirements.A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development.Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain).A valid NSW Working with Children Check .Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
