The Opportunity

A hands-on property management role managing a shared residential portfolio (approx. 230 properties) within a structured, high-performing team. The agency's shared-portfolio approach isn't just about splitting numbers — it's designed so no one PM is a single point of failure, workload stays balanced, and clients get consistent service even when someone's on leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio alongside another PM
• Oversee day-to-day property management with a focus on service and compliance
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trades and contractors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Work closely with leasing support and VAs on renewals and admin
• Maintain accurate records with timely communication and reporting
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems, processes, and client experience

About You

• Valid Property Management registration (or relevant WA real estate licence)
• Proven experience in residential property management (or strong APM experience for the more junior level)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working within a structured, supportive team
