Project Coordinator / Estimator

About the role

Queensland Civil Group is an established civil construction company delivering footpaths, kerb and channel, drainage, roadworks, and landscaping for local councils across South East Queensland. We are seeking an organised Project Coordinator / Estimator to support our Project Manager with estimating, tender preparation, and project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and assist with tender submissions.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with office and site teams to support project delivery.

About you

• Civil construction knowledge and the ability to interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
• A desire to develop your skills within a growing business.
