About the Role  

We're looking for an Events and Partnerships Coordinator to own the end-to-end delivery of events, conferences and client engagement activities across Squared Group - alongside Salesforce administration and gifting initiatives. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for clients, guests and staff, while bringing fresh ideas to how we continuously improve. You'll thrive here if you're someone who challenges the status quo, keeps it real, and shows up for your team. 

We're looking for an events and partnerships superstar that is Melbourne based for this role.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end logistics for all Squared Group and Partnerships events – including the RSVP process and communications, suppliers, venues, materials, catering and on-the-day delivery
• Own Salesforce campaign creation, contact/data accuracy, and post-event reporting
• Coordinate seasonal and ad hoc client gifting
• Manage internal event logistics for Squared Group events - including venue sourcing, AV, catering and supplies
• Bring an ideas-first approach to event formats and help refine processes, templates and tools that drive efficiency

About You

• 3+ years' end-to-end event experience, with the ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proven time management skills - comfortable juggling multiple events and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce experience is favoured)
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for adopting new tools and technology
