About the role
This is a front desk position based at Cremorne Paediatric Dentistry's Cremorne practice, working on a casual basis with regular hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Key responsibilities
Front desk reception duties
Answering phones and managing enquiries
Dental assisting if short in clinical area
Booking and confirming patient appointments
Providing excellent service to children and their parents
Supporting the development of the growing Cremorne practice
About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, efficient and attentive to detail
Enjoy working with children and families
Professional, warm and dependable
Work well independently and as part of a team
Hold permanent residency status in Australia
Minimum of one year of reception experience required
Dental reception experience preferred
Previous dental assisting experience highly regarded
Experience with Dental4Windows highly regarded
