We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Client Services Officer to join our Financial Planning team!

About you:

• 2+ years’ experience in a financial planning client services role

• Have a sound knowledge of the financial planning process with the ability to find a better way and initiate process improvement

• Have sound level of knowledge and experience in X-Plan and Microsoft Office

• Strong prioritisation and time management skills

• Committed to exceptional client service

• Excellent communication skills (all types)

• Focused team player who delivers outcome for clients and the team

Role and Responsibilities

As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Prepare financial advice documents for client meetings, including SOAs, research, applications forms, and supporting paperwork

• Implement financial advice by lodging and actioning recommended strategies

• Manage client service requests, including document preparation and claims handling

• Ensure compliance with company, licensee, and legislative requirements, including accurate client recordkeeping and database management

• Maintain strong client communication, providing updates on advice implementation, requests, and ongoing claims
