About the role
We're recruiting a Manufacturing Operator for our bird seed production team. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment—mixers, weighers, bagging lines—and working as part of a 2-3 person team. The role requires someone who understands production processes, can monitor equipment performance, and takes quality and safety seriously.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate production equipment and ensure it runs reliably throughout the shift
Prepare and load materials according to production schedules
Monitor processes and report any equipment issues promptly
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Work with the team to meet daily production targets
