Health & Safety Advisor

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment are actively seeking on behalf of our client, an experienced HSE Advisor. This role would suit a Health, Safety & Environment professional with production mining experience who works well independently. Predominately FIFO roles but also occasional local Perth role.

About the role:

• Participate in safety inspections and reporting processes
• Mentor and coach personnel to maintain a strong safety culture
• Assist with hazard control and incident investigations
• Support operational personnel in developing Safe Working Procedures (SWPs)
• Provide technical advice and influence to site leader

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years HSE advisory experience in a FIFO role
• Certificate IV in OH&S or equivalent
• Valid National Police Check
• INEX & ICAM experience essential
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
