Optical Reception and Sales Assistnt

About the role

The role will involve a combination of administration, patient care and sales. You'll be joining a supportive and fun team of optometrists and dispensers, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting children, families and visitors
• Responding to phone calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries in a warm and professional manner
• Helping families with frame selection and sales
• Maintaining spectacle frame and office stock
• Keeping the practice organised and looking its best
• Supporting our optometrists and dispensing team
• Learning basic optical dispensing skills
• Developing your skills and working towards becoming a qualified optical dispenser if you're looking for a career in the industry
