Business Analyst

Business Analyst JD:

Be part of a consulting team that partners with clients to identify enterprise transformations driving cost savings and new ways of working. Bring provocative ideas to transform via Human-Centered Experience Design, Digital tools, Analytic insights, RPA, and AI. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

 

·        Responsible for business analysis to capture customer requirements 

·         Detailed design of the to-be end to end process flow including details of any automated steps, re-engineering related changes, overall business and technology impacts (if any) and an agreed set of technical design elements 

·         Capture the to-be process flow 

·         Capture the change environment requirements for the sprint  

·         Capture the high-level technical design for the proposed flow 

·         Creating consultative partnerships with project sponsors and key partners in the formation and discovery of enterprise initiatives.  

·         Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients.  

·         Handle Project Management activities including planning, scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources in the project.  

·         Execute project activities and produce deliverables as per Statement of Work (SOW) agreements  

·         Collaborate with other project managers for sharing standard methodologies and knowledge.  

·         Timely, accurate, and clear communication to our customers and stakeholders.  

·         Understand and work with project leaders to adheres to project budgets provided through the project life cycles.  

·         Handle scope and deliverable quality including full lifecycle traceability in documentation across project workstreams  

·         Support business development by crafting case studies to support further business development  

 

Minimum qualifications 

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, Finance, or meaningful field of study   

·         Demonstrable skills in advanced program management and management of a highly diverse department   

·         Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma 

·         Digital transformation 

·         Working experience as a business analyst with agile and Jira 

·         Experience in implementing automation-based improvements 

·         Working knowledge as a change agent 

·         Expertise with Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Lucid Dreams 

·         Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and presentation skills in-person and virtually   

·         Ability to work effectively in a team environment  

·         Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques   

·         Knowledge of project planning techniques needed for project execution   

 

Preferred qualifications 

·         Degree in business, Finance, or meaningful field of study   

·         Experience in project management or consulting environment   

·         Demonstrable skills in advanced program management and management of a highly diverse department   

·         Experience in handling multiple and complex projects across a variety of functional areas.  

Experience with automated project management
