About the role
At Lives Lived Well, we've been supporting people affected by alcohol and other drugs, mental health challenges and gambling for more than 50 years. Mirikai is our residential rehabilitation service in Burleigh Heads, providing a structured and supportive environment where people can focus on recovery and lasting change.
We're looking for a full-time Floor Coordinator to help support the day-to-day running of the residential program. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with residents and the wider team to ensure daily activities, appointments and routines run smoothly. The role supports the delivery of the program but does not provide therapeutic or clinical interventions.
