Manufacturing Dispenser & Compounder

About the role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Dispenser and Compounder to join our friendly production team. No prior experience? No problem — full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh and mix raw materials to make cosmetic and personal care products

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Complete basic quality checks and production records

• Clean and care for equipment and work areas

• Follow GMP, safety, and work instructions

• Meet daily production targets

About you

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Hardworking, reliable and punctual

• Detail-focused and safety-minded

• Able to follow written instructions and SOPs

• Good communication and basic maths skills

• Physically fit for standing and manual handling tasks, lifting up to 25kg

• Willing to learn and work in a regulated environment

• Manufacturing or GMP experience is highly regarded, but not essential

• Reliable transportation

• Available for unscheduled overtime to meet daily production schedule
