Raw Materials Dispenser

Our customers span grocery, private label, mass market, prestige, premium direct selling and export channels, with NBC-manufactured products available across all major Australian retail and professional outlets, including grocery, pharmacy, salons, spas and skin clinics.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Raw Materials Dispenser (Day Shift) to join our high-performing Compounding & Dispensing Team. About the Role

As a Raw Materials Dispenser, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of raw materials used in the manufacture of premium beauty and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and accurate weighing and dispensing of raw materials.

• Work from system-generated pick lists detailing quantities, locations and material codes.

• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with annual stocktakes.

• Identify and report material shortages or stock discrepancies.

• Follow all GMP, quality, safety, cleaning and documentation procedures.

• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Compounding & Dispensing Department.

Desirable Experience

• Previous dispensing experience within a GMP manufacturing environment.

• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food or similar regulated manufacturing industries.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome applicants with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
