About the role
We are seeking a reliable Dispenser to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately measuring and preparing ingredients for daily manufacturing batches. It’s a great opportunity for someone wanting to build a career in manufacturing, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch sheets and instructions
Ensure accuracy and quality in all measurements
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and handling procedures for materials
Assist the team with general production support as required
About You:
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with manual handling tasks
Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment
Forklift licence required, or willing to obtain
