Predominantly Mornings and Lunch. Home by 330pm!
Full Time Role, 38hrs across a 5 day week
High Tide is a Seaside, community focused, high volume cafe with a difference.
Allowing for creativity and fun, we pride ourselves on delivering a high end product, without losing sight of who we are.
Right person will be/have;
• Someone who can work independently and confidently run the kitchen without needing to be micromanaged
• Strong ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency — no shortcuts, no guesswork
• Solid experience in a similar kitchen (café/bistro/fine dining background all welcome)
• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure during service
• A team player who takes ownership of their section and standards
