This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder to complete quality installations in a modern, fast-paced, full turn-key workshop in the Greater Brisbane Area. This is an autonomous role designed for an individual passionate about industry leading safety, welding, fabrication, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
Fabricate and fit bullbars, tow hitches, windscreen stone-guards and other customer adaptations
Grinding, finishing, and inspecting completed work
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Working safely and contributing to a positive team environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
About you
Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator or experienced 2nd Class Welder
Weld and fabricate steel components to AS/NZS 1554 standards
Experience welding carbon steel and jig making (stainless and aluminium an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Ability to read / interpret engineering drawings
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Self-motivated attitude and ability to think outside the box
Honest, reliable and hardworking work ethic with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
Commitment to workplace safety
