Selective Entry Tutor (year 8 ACER test) - Small groups (Max 4) - Paid training
About the role:
2 x 60 minute sessions a week, small group (max 4), teaching year 8 ACER Style Selective Entry questions
30 min audition and paid training
You will:
Run 2 structured 60 min sessions/wk using our procedure
Review weekly essay's using our rubric
Send a 2-3 line parent report every week (template provided)
You must have:
Graduated from a Selective Entry school (Suzanne cory, Melbourne High Mac.Robertson Girls' High School, Nossal high school)
Strong Year 8-9 math/vr/essay fundamentals (prior tutoring helps but not required)
Reliability (on time, every time), follow the standard operating procedure, be responses to texts/calls
Victoria compliance: current (or in process) Working with children check
Pay: Base $25/h + $5 per students essays marked (typically 4 students in one session per week) + $10 per session bonus if following at least 80% of the standard operating procedure
