As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting older people to achieve the best possible quality of life. Working closely with nurses and the wider care team, you'll contribute to safe, compassionate care and positive experiences for residents and families every day.

• Delivering high-quality care that supports residents' health, wellbeing and independence.
• Monitoring changes in condition and sharing insights that help guide timely care decisions.
• Partnering with nurses, residents and families to achieve person-centred outcomes.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with unrestricted medication endorsement.
• Demonstrated nursing skills and knowledge in aged care or a similar setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and contribute to team success.
• Commitment to professional growth, safe practice and person-centred care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience administering and monitoring intravenous medications and/or additional aged care training.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction.
