What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse - Advanced Skill, you'll play an important role in helping older people live with comfort, dignity and confidence. From providing high-quality clinical care to working closely with nurses, residents and families, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering safe, compassionate and personalised care every day.

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life.
• Monitoring changes in residents' conditions and collaborating with the care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Using clinical judgement and digital systems to support safe, effective and person-centred care.
• Encouraging a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to ongoing improvement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated nursing skills and clinical knowledge within an aged care or similar care environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and contribute to safe, person-centred care.
• Commitment to professional growth, reflective practice and continuous improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience administering and monitoring intravenous medications and/or additional experience working in residential aged care settings.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about supporting older people and delivering care that reflects compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
