As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in enhancing the wellbeing, independence and quality of life of older people in residential aged care. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in aged care and/or experience contributing to quality improvement, mentoring or clinical leadership activities.
