About the role
The Griffith Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre have vacancies for Permanent Part time job-share and also Casual positions. The Spread of hours are from 5:00am – 9:00pm Monday to Sunday. Penalty rates apply to all weekend work, along with superannuation and casual loading for casual positions.
Position Title: Pool Attendant
Closing Date: 21 September 2026
Salary: Part time = Commencement hourly rate $34.0613.
Salary: Casual = Commencement hourly rate $42.5766 (inclusive of casual loading)

About the Role
The Pool Attendant’s role is to ensure the safety and well-being of patrons whilst attending the Aquatic Centre, and to ensure that all rules and regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications: The successful applicant is required to hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certification, a current First Aid Certificate and a current NSW Working With Children Check number for validation. (Please upload copies of all relevant qualifications with your application. If you do not provide copies of your qualifications OR proof of enrolment, your application will not be considered)
