We are seeking an experienced Full Time Labourer / Civil Operator to join our growing Civil business primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW.

What we need from you?

To be successful you must have:

• Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a motivated, positive "can do" attitude
  
• Current driver's licence and White Card (General Construction Induction)
  
• Experience and tickets to operate rollers
  
• Ability to work effectively within a team and consistently deliver quality outcomes
  
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, nights and away from home when required
  
  

Desirable (but not essential):

• Tickets and experience operating posi tracks, skid steers, excavators and rollers
  
• HR/MR Licence
  
• Pavement construction experience
  
• Traffic management tickets
